SHIPPING POLICY


SHIPPING

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA DHL Express or by Bulgarian Post Services

Pleas provide your PHONE NUMBER in order to arrange delivery when submitting your order. DHL will contact you to make your delivery easier, safer and faster!

NOTE: Exceptions for shipments to very distant, inaccessible addresses or holiday areas. These items will be sent via Bulgarian Post or with extra pay for shipping with DHL Express.

We ship out all orders within 3-7 business days after cleared payment

It is possible delays in shipments due to holidays or force majeure (unforeseen) circumstances.

NOTE: Items are shipped to the address on your Etsy Account. If you wish your item to be shipped to different address, please contact us.


EXPRECTED DELIVERY TIME

EUROPE 1-2 days after mailing

USA, CANADA 1-3 days after mailing

AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, SAUDI ARABIA 1-4 days after mailing

If there are unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to solve the problem.

We are not responsible for incorrectly submitted address and phone number.

If the delivery is lost during the transport we will send you the same product again. We are


IMPORTANTnot responsible for the losses during transport, which happens very rarely, but it is important for us our customers to be satisfied and happy.

Some international shipments may be object of custom taxes above the fixed sum and type of the stock. Please, turn to your post office for reference.


WARNING!It is possible a delay of shipments due to user procedures, holidays or customs. This does not depend on us.


IMPORTANT - We send all orders with DHL Express.

It is mandatory to provide a contact phone number.

If the shipment is blocked due to a missing phone number or if it is impossible to deliver, you will have to pay all shipping charges as well as re-shipping charges.

In such a case, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the order is personal or discussed with changes made to the original model.


IMPORTANT - If the transport packaging integrity is impaired, please do not accept the shipment without receiving a document from the carrier describing the problem

RETURNS AND EXCHAGE


INSTRUCTIONS

We accept Return and Exchanges and will do our best to help you. Please follow the instructions.

֍ Within 3 days after receiving your order, you must contact us to inform us about problem with your order.

֍ If you do not contact us within 3 days after receiving your order the product is not subject to refund. If the product is not returned within 14 days of receiving, it is not subject to refund.

֍ The goods must be returned as they have been received. Not washed, remade or worn. It should be with all the original labels.


LABELS - Labels should not be removed or cut off. If the labels are removed, we will assume that the item is worn.


CONTAMINATIONS - If the returned item(s) is contaminated with particles, smells or makeup, you will be charged for cleaning it. If the product is damaged and can not be cleaned and sold again, we reserve the right to refuse refund. NOTE: The opening of each package will be filmed on a video.


NOT REFUNDABLE

The amount of the merchandise will not be refunded if the item you want to return is made:

֍ with a personal order ֍ There are changes to the original model ֍ The item is being discussed for making changes (removing or add items) or the garment is made on your personal measurements, different to the size chart


TAXES - All shipping and customs services and taxes are covered by the buyer.


WE RECOMMEND

- send the shipment with a regular post services and registered - so chance of the product being lost is smaller.

- Do not insure the product further because it will cost you extra.

- Do not use unnecessarily large packaging because it will cost you extra.

- declare "Returned Goods" and do not write a price because it will cost you extra charges.


IMPORTANT: If the shipment is not properly shipped and stopped at customs to pay additional import charges, it will be returned to you at your expense.


Keep all documents as evidence of the shipment and send me tracking number.

The refund for the returned goods is made within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse refund if the return rules are not met.
